Resource table
| Resource | Use | Early priority |
|---|---|---|
| Gems | Summons and launch-week account growth. | Spend for core units before chasing perfect traits. |
| Gold | Unit upgrades and progression costs. | Keep enough for the units you actually deploy. |
| Trait Shards | Trait rerolls or trait-related upgrades. | Do not scatter them across temporary units. |
| Reroll Cubes | Stat or trait reroll attempts. | Use after deciding the unit's long-term role. |
| Perfect Cubes | High-value reroll or optimization resource. | Save for proven carries or top-tier role units. |
Starter spending route
- Redeem codes and record what rewards you received.
- Use Gems to build basic squad coverage before chasing perfect rolls.
- Spend Gold on units that you actually deploy in hard modes.
- Save Trait Shards and Cubes until your unit roles are clear.
- Review reroll targets after your first stable farming setup.
Common waste pattern
The easiest mistake is upgrading or rerolling every new unit. A better account path is to choose one early carry, one wave-clear option, and one boss or support option, then spend resources where progress slows down.
When to save Gems and Gold
Save Gems when your current squad can already clear the farming route you are using and the next banner may add better units. Save Gold when an upgrade does not change a real breakpoint, such as clearing a wave faster or surviving a boss check. Spending less during easy content gives you more flexibility when Anime Squadron adds harder modes or better summons.
